- Data you submit through the contact/demo form is stored in a management panel accessible only to our authorized staff.
- Admin panel passwords are stored irreversibly (hashed); sensitive system information such as the SMTP password is stored encrypted.
- Our forms are protected by rate limiting and, optionally, Google reCAPTCHA to prevent fake/automated (bot) submissions.
- Your data is not sold to third parties or rented out for marketing purposes.
2. Cookies
Our site uses a limited number of cookies required for it to function; we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; aside from your language preference not being remembered, this does not affect general use of the site.
3. Third-Party Services
- Google reCAPTCHA: used to secure forms (when enabled). Google's own privacy policy applies.
- Google Maps: used for the embedded map on our contact page; when the map loads, Google's own cookie/data policies apply.
Our site does not use ad networks, analytics tracking pixels, or social media tracking code.
