Within the scope of this website (satisotomasyon.com) and the S-Leader product, your personal data is processed, as data controller, by ÇAP Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Yazılım Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., as described below.

When you visit our site and use our forms, the following categories of personal data are collected electronically through the relevant form or system:

• Contact/demo request form: full name, company name, phone number, email address, the ERP you use, and any free-text message you provide.
• Security data: IP address and browser information (user agent) collected on form submission, used to prevent abuse (spam/bots).
• Admin panel users: for our staff authorized to log in to the S-Leader BackOffice only — email address, hashed password, session data, login IP address, and browser information.
• Cookies: your language preference and, for authorized users, session data — see our Privacy and Cookie Policy for details.

• Evaluating your demo request and contacting you,
• Providing information about our products and services,
• Responding to your requests, questions and complaints, and running customer relationship processes,
• Securing the website and forms, and detecting and preventing abuse (spam/bot traffic),
• Ensuring account security and authorization for staff with access to the S-Leader BackOffice,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations.

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — namely that "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" and that "processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract". Where explicit consent is required (e.g. where you opt in to marketing communications), processing is based on your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with:

• Our hosting provider, for server and email infrastructure,
• Google reCAPTCHA, used for form security (when enabled — Google's own privacy policy applies),
• Public authorities legally entitled to request such data.

Your data is not transferred abroad.

Data submitted through the contact/demo request form is retained for as long as needed to evaluate your request and for the duration of any resulting business relationship. Once that purpose no longer applies, and subject to any applicable statutory limitation periods, the data is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction where the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK are met,
• Request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of the processed data,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
